I have had better treatment from other cheeper hotels in Dominican Republic. Had I experienced this treatment I would not have bought into the Hard rock vacation plans that took over 6 hours of my time.
Hard rock I thought sergeration ended? The bed was lopsided. I could not stay and hang out with friends who had chairman bracelet due to my lower vip bracelets status. I could not get a small pool table next to my lounge pool chair because I had a vip bracelets so I ended up putting my drinks on the floor. Everyone is on vacation and should be treated equally. I did not like the way people were treated by their bracelet status.
